  I’m so happy you have taken this challenge on and saw the difference. Was concerned that the caffeine would have caused an ulcer like I got. After I got acid reflex, I had to cut down my caffeine intake to 2-3 days per week. But even sometimes when I drink soda and caffeine during the same day or week, my acid reflex acts up again and so I quit caffeine for like an entire week. Also idk about the selter soda/water and lemon cubes but that is also very acidic so I wouldn’t recommend as a replacement for coffee unless less your stomach is resistant to acidic conditions

  This is why people take photos before starting their weight loss. It’s hard for some people to see their progress with their own eyes, even when they see the number on the scale go down. But pulling out the pictures and seeing yourself though a lens of the past, makes it much easier to see how far you’ve come-it could be that extra motivation that keeps you going.
