The pain in your knee is probably due to the cold weather. I have juvenile reumathoid arthritis and cold affects my bones really bad. Try to do lighter workouts (no squats), stretching and warm it up with baths or a hot water bottle. When going out cover your legs very well (i mean something like stockings underneath your pants) and try to stay as warm as possible. If the knee looks a bit swollen then do the opposite and put some ice or something cold on it. If the pain gets worse, take some painkillers and talk to your doctor. I always recommend doing a blood test to see if there is any inflammation in your body!

Yes she is right warming it really helps and also drinking warm drinks also helps. I always gets knee pain before and during rain humid and cold weather. It is due to humidity in air and decrease temperature so keeping it warm is best option.☺😊

Rain is only pretty when you're indoor too 🌧⛆

These are from SHEIN and all those cloths from SHEIN so damn pretty 👁💋👁

I figured out that when I sit down and study too much my knees start hurting. But when you try to walk more and keep your legs unbent it gets better. So I sometimes study while lying on the floor :) My knees are very weak too and I don't know why it's very frustrating.... Hope it gets better!

In India we use hot water bag and place it on the knee or massage the area with some lukewarm coconut oil..... Trust me it helps.... Especially when its because of cold weather....

I’ve had back, knee, and shoulder pain since I was about 15 or 16 (not too bad but it varies) and I’ve noticed that it definitely gets worse when it’s cold. Some stuff I’ve tried out that has helped are warm baths, gentle yoga poses I guess or stretching in general that isn’t to ‘demanding’, heating pads, massaging the area where it’s sore or hurting, and I try to dress really warm when going out into the cold weather. Of course that won’t work for everyone but trying stuff out and seeing what mix of things does work is always rewarding! And going to a doctor if it gets really bad if you can is the best choice so you can figure out what it actually is so you can find more things that are geared towards your specific problem. I hope you feel better soon and stay warm! 💜

I normally get pain easily in the winter and the one thing that has helped me is tiger balm because it has a heat and cold sensation and when it wears off it like eases the pain(also good for headaches)
