    Every time I'm on a diet I watch a lot of mukbangs. Some people might think it's torture, but it's really satisfying to watch ppl eat while you starve. Idk why.

    to anyone who wants to try this: please don’t! it’s not a healthy diet and is waaaaay below the recommended calorie intake. it breaks my heart reading these comments because this diet could spiral into bad habits. if you want to lose weight, eat healthy! eat lots of fruits and veggies, when you exercise it’s only a small fraction of seeing results. it really all relies on what you eat.

    I find this IU diet totally ineffective because it leaves a person to be nutrient deficient and unfulfilled at the end of the day. Let's be totally honest: this crash diet makes anyone feel sick, nauseous and weak.

    Also depends on bone mass. Like I've always appeared very in shape (not too fat not too thin) and yet my weight would be much higher than others. It's mostly because I have a higher bone mass so even tho I appear towards the thinner side I seem to weigh much more

    *What helps to lose weight in a quite healthy way:* Fast for like 12 hours (its up to you when you wanna start the 12 hours) •Don't eat anything in these 12 hours (only drink water and teas but no sugar) •I wouldn't do too many workouts just some easy ones. •when u are breaking your Fast begin with a sweet fruit that has a lot of fruit sugar (dates, bananas) and eat a light meal (chicken breast with salad and sweet potato) ••••You'll lose weight and its not that difficult. Its almost the same as Ramadan except that you can drink water and Fasting in Ramadan here is like 18 hours....but its quite ok

    @Kpop Rabbit and ı started today in my country there are no sweat potatoes so ı ate yogurt and i dont have a milkshake machine ı ate a 200 cal meal and ı am not hungry today i think i will do that and ı made 40 crunch and 1 min plank ı hope we both will do this perfect love you stay healthy:)

    I eat almost every 4 hours, actually I'm hungry rn and it's 2 am. I can't sleep cause I'm hungry and I can't go and eat something cause everyone is sleeping. I don't know why I eat that much, but it's a really healthy amount of food. xD

    “i don’t think it works well with my body” it won’t work well for ANYONE the calories in this diet have less calories required for a toddler/less than required for your TDEE which is the calories we need for hmmm idk... breathing, digestion, organ function?! i know she only did it for 3 days but this is NOT an effective/feasible way to lose weight. it’s not about “all or nothing” right away. hard truth is that diets don’t work, especially ones like these. it’s just water weight start with making small lifestyle changes, slowly. cut back on junk food, drink water (annoying ik), implementing strength training(more muscle will aid in weight loss), eat protein to reduce snacking, you don’t need to count calories it’s a waste of patience, just start with healthy foods it’s okay to treat yourself!! if you deprive yourself of the joyous desserts you will more than likely binge on them. have a lil sweet thing after lunch and dinner if you want please be safe! -love, a recovering anorexic

    you said everything i was thinking👏🏼👏🏼these diets are not sustainable, they’re unhealthy and tbh you’ll just put the weight back on cause theres no way you can eat like that all your life! from experience cutting calories drastically is never the best way to lose weight, a lifestyle change in the form of a healthy calorie deficit and healthy foods with the 80/20 diet is a healthy and effective way to get to your goals and maintain them. it worries me that people will actually live like this to lose weight, its so bad for you

    Well you're a recovering anorexic so you probably already know this but, when you starve yourself your metabolism slows down because your body is conserving energy, and when you start eating again you gain weight faster because your metabolism is slow and your body is getting ready for "the next starvation". I think that's a big part of the reason why these diets don't work

    I tested Jimin for 1 month I was at 60kg as soon as I started his diet I lost 8 kg I am 52kg and I was also doing Jungkook's sports routine and I was going to run as well. Jimin's diet was to eat only one meal a day, I don't advise you to do this it's very dangerous, I risked fainting several times

    This diet only loses water weight and it's easy to gain it back. Plus sis you already look amazing ✨ Also IU had bulimia so I don't think this is a good thing to do but I liked watching this. Good thing she is focused on her work/career now cause I worry for her!!!

    You actually shouldn't do anything about it ? If you are in class, you are still young. Teen/young adult wathever... you nerfs lots of energy to keep up your attention to an efficient level and to remember what you learn. This diet is unhealthy. Dangerous i would say. Eat what you need, fuits, vegetables, drink water and exercise a bit you'll be perfectly fine.

    If you seriously want to do this I’d recommend: cutting up the apple warming it up and adding cinnamon and honey For the sweet potato add salt, pepper, chilli powder, cinnamon and non dairy butter if you want For the protein shake I’d probably switch it up for a fruit smoothie, A different one every day so you don’t get bored :)) I know these are extras and might not benefit on the whole losing weight front however losing weight can be miserable especially when you’re only eating a tiny amount of food. Also please don’t do this long term it’s definitely not providing enough nutrients for your body long term. :))

    Cardio is the best way to lose fat though. Try dancing it’s a fun way to get cardio in and dancing is amazing for your physical and mental health :) And also this diet isn’t healthy for you so I don’t blame you not wanting to do it 😂

    Jeon Jungkook it’s: 20 squats 20 push ups 20 jump squats 20 pike push -ups 10 (?) plank (translates from korean, jeongguk probably knows but it only said 10 planks and i ain’t jeongguk 🤡) 20 mountain climbers 15 burpees 20 crunches 20 leg raises 20 (?) superman’s exercises (once again, jeongguk wrote it in his notes so he probably understood it and only needed a number and description.) hope that helped!

    Okay, so lI've done this diet for two weeks now If you do decide to do this diet, here's a few things that you should do to make sure you are still energized (bcuz there's not a lot of food, duh). So first, make sure you GET SLEEP! You absolutely need your sleep because your body needs energy since you (probably) have drastically reduced your food intake. Second, DRINK YOUR WATER! If you tend to get hungry a lot, it's really helpful to drink a lot of water. I always had my water bottle with me so when Ifelt hungry I could just drink my water. Third, when you get off, DO NOT IMMEDIATELY EAT NORMALLY! You need to gradually increase your food intake to reduce the chances of the yo-yo effect. Try adding 50-100 calories more a week and gradually reduce your carb intake. This diet did work for me. I was never overweight/obese but I wanted to lose weight for the summer. (It's actually harder to lose weight if you weigh less) I think I lost around 10-15 pounds. This may not be completely accurate as I was also doing 2 sessions of 30 minute cardio everyday and did ab workouts 3 times a day. While I only lost around 10-15, there was such a huge difference from my body before and my body after the diet. If you do decide to do this diet, it's probably better if you don't have that many things to do because you need your sleep especially if you workout like I did. I lost a lot of fat around my face (get that jawline biss) and a lot of weight around my stomach. These were the areas that were most obvious but my entire bodyy looked skinnier. *I did modify this diet a bit. I had 1 boiled egg and half an apple for breakfast. I had 2 boiled eggs, cucumbers, and the other half of the apple for lunch, and plain oatmeal for dinner. I just didn't think it was super healthy to eat that many eggs, but it was my personal decision. I did a bit of snacking on cucumbers when I got hungry, on average l think I had half a cucumber everyday with abit of yourgut yeah I hope so this helped you and motivated you to do the diet ❤

    Es fácil para perder grasa abdominal (no en tan corto tiempo) en unas 2 o 3 semanas seguí la rutina de ejercicios de chloe ting (o algo así) tiene rutinas para abdomen plano en 2 semanas y marcar 11 líneas de abdominales en 35 días, con esas y reduciendo la cantidad de comida que ingieras es suficiente, por ejemplo si te comes dos tortillas solo come 1 e igual la mitad de la porción que consumes normalmente, tratar de que no sean comidas con mucha grasa, azúcar, sal etc si es posible no cenar y beber mucha agua cuando te dé antojo de algo

    The only diet that I've seen that is more effective is Wendy's diet. Some girl tried it and lost a kg a day. It was half a bowl of rice and an apple a day. And 3000 jump ropes with 40 rounds of running.

It’s been very difficult accepting my body the way it is since sometimes I feel very confident but other times I feel like covering myself all up. I lost weight and I’ve been gaining it back for the last couple of months and to be honest I’ve been very hard on myself.. so I’m very glad you made this video as it had motivated me to exercise and take care of myself more :) Haha my body works in such a weird way too I eat something small and I’m suddenly really bloated.

    Firstly we need to appreciate the k pop idols who literally go through so much.......if I would do this then on 3rd day I would be standing in my funeral man.......imao the idols should not be tortured like this for staying skinny....I know it's their choice and I respect it😀
